The Home:
Designed for comfort and connection, this modern mountain retreat features clean lines, natural textures, and thoughtful details throughout. With four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, everyone in your group will have room to unwind and enjoy the views from every window.
Living Areas: Cozy up around the fireplace for movie night in the upstairs living room or head downstairs to the family room for foosball, darts or to catch your favorite game on the 75 inch TV.
Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and cookware. A large dining table offers plenty of space to share meals and memories.
Outdoor Living: Step out onto the expansive deck to enjoy morning coffee, stargazing, or mountain sunsets around the fire pit. The space is perfect for outdoor dining and taking in Grand Lake’s iconic fireworks displays on holidays throughout the year.
Kid-Friendly Comforts: Families will appreciate the bunk beds, books, toys, and kitchen essentials for little ones. A Pack ’n Play is available upon request.

120 miles / approx. 2 hr. 20 minute drive
Whether you’re cozying up after a day of adventure or sipping wine on the deck overlooking the lake, this retreat offers the perfect balance of modern comfort and mountain serenity.

During the winter months (November through March) we ask that all guests have a 4WD or AWD vehicle to ensure ease and safety traveling due to snowy mountain conditions and the home’s short dirt-road access.
