Questo 2 camere, 2 bagni casolare si trova sul lungomare Townsend Gut. Sedetevi sulla avvolgente portico e godere della ricca attività nautica della Gut. Una versione aggiornata, cucina moderna con tutti i comfort, vista l'acqua zona pranzo e vista l'acqua soggiorno con un camino a gas per le fresche serate Maine. TV via cavo, DVD, lavatrice, asciugatrice, accesso a Internet e grill a gas. Posizione ideale, riservata ma vicino al centro della città. A pochi passi da Banchina di Robinson dove è possibile cenare o prendere aragosta fresca per portare a casa. Affittare insieme al cottage della porta accanto (Classic Boathouse) per grandi raduni. Le lenzuola non sono fornite. Abbiamo un servizio di lino che è possibile utilizzare per il vostro soggiorno.

Absolutely lovely home and great location! The host was very responsive to communication and the s'mores kit upon arrival was a very sweet touch! My pet felt very welcomed and comfortable as well! One of the best places we have stayed in our many visits to the area!

Perfect cottage in a great location! The house was clean and the hosts were easily accessible, though we didn't need to reach out as they provided all the info we needed before and upon arrival. We loved sitting on the huge porch with our coffee and watching the birds and boat activity. The location of the house was fantastic with quick access to Boothbay Harbor. Southport Island is a quaint little island with the cutest DOG FRIENDLY beach and great general store. All in all, clean house in an excellent location.

Beautiful coastal views; sounds of seagulls; quaint villages to visit; delicious seafood in friendly restaurants. And Ted & Barbara were welcoming and a wealth of Maine history!

Great cottage, great location

Clean and well appointed property that is very convenient to Boothbay Harbor, the Coastal Maine botanical gardens, and just a short walk to popular Robinsons Wharf restaurant. Large deck where you can enjoy the serenity of the scene of birds and passing boats in Townsend Gut.

R&R with a Wonderful Porch

Perfect cozy and clean house. We loved the water view from the serene porch! The gas fireplace was nice to have on a cool day.Very well equipped for our needs. We will be back.

Lovely little house...

Wonderful private property. Gorgeous wrap around porch right on river! Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Super clean. Living room needs better lighting, could be updated. Had a wonderful time.

Property is a 10 of 10. Beautiful well equipped waterside cottage. Beautiful setting with wonderful wrap-around porch. Quiet, nature and lobster boats pulling traps. Kitchen is outstanding and place is charming. Exactly what we hoped. Close to town but away from activity and traffic. Perfect for quiet get-away.

Lovely porch

We loved the porch overlooking the gut as we watched boats going by to pass through the swing bridge. We found the living room a little small lacking enough comfortable seating for four adults as our evenings were too cool to be outside. Everything else was good. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything you want in a vacation rental

We stay at rental properties frequently and this was a gem! Clean, well-stocked and thoughtfully organized, clear communication from the property manager and a beautiful spot on the water. We loved sitting out on the dock and watching the boats go by. One note for guests: the twin bedroom is the one facing the water and it has a bit more space and beautiful light. It was just two of us so we only brought queen sheets, but we wished we’d brought twin sheets too!

Very, very clean, cozy and comfortable! Brand new washer and dryer; good oven. Well-stocked kitchen. Tyler met us as we arrived to show us around and answer questions...really appreciated that! Two highlights: the water view (lobster boats!) from the covered porch, and gas fireplace that turned on with a press of a button (Maine mornings can be chilly, but the fireplace warms everything up nicely). Convenient location, yet set back into woods so very quiet. Heard owls at night!We also met the owners and they are just lovely. They take pride in Water's Edge and it shows. They were so welcoming of our little westie, too! Would definitely rent again.

A balm for the soul.

Weary from the craziness of the world, we checked into Water's Edge after a long day on the road. Wow. The house is situated in a perfect venue for enjoying nature and the bustle of life on the water. The porch was literally like a magnet holding us for hours every morning as we sat and had our coffee and just soaked in the beauty and charm of it all. Having a Bald Eagle land in a tree just fee from the porch was icing on the cake. Conveniently located, well furnished, and nicely decorated, we would not hesitate to return for another Midcoast Maine vacation.

It's all about the porch!

The best part was sitting on the porch watching the boats go by. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. In the description of this house there should a notice that it is not handicap friendly. You need to go down big stones to get to the front door and the stairs to the two bedrooms are steep. The living room had inadequate furniture to sit comfortably. Considering the price to rent this house for two weeks, it should have included linens and towels too. However the location was ideal.

A pleasant, comfortable stay with four adults & a Labrador Retriever, Very comfortable deck with view of Townsend Gut & boat traffic.
