Awesome mountain, golf course and water view from condo balcony. On the golf course, super convenient location, easy access to everywhere. Well stocked kitchen, very impressive. Firm mattress, comfortable beds. We enjoyed the stay very much. Definitely will come back and rebook.

Would highly recommend this condo if you’re staying in the Waikoloa area. Easy walking to Anaehoomslu Bay beach and the Kings/Queens Landing shopping/dining, with easy driving to Hapuna Beach. The condo is very spacious, with great views of Mauna Kea annd Hualalai.

This was a great place to unwind after watching our daughter compete in the Ironman. Close to many beaches we explored with great dining nearby.

Wonderful property

We had a lovely time. The location is great, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The view is incredible! We will definitely stay here again when we visit the Big Island.

Exactly how described on listing. Great location and views are fantastic. Amenities are close by with grocery, shops and dining. Everything you need is provided and check in - check out process super easy!!!!

Just what we needed!

This place was perfect for us as we were in the area for a friend’s wedding at the Hilton Waikoloa. We had everything we needed and we would definitely book again.

This was the third time we've stayed in this condo and a total of 5 or 6 times in the same complex. It's a great location and we love the condo, which allows for views of both the mountains and the ocean. Ten minute walks to the ocean, shops and restaurants. Kitchen is well-equipped, comfortable beds and furniture, large lanai with eating space and relaxing conversation area.

Unreal place to stay

This property was even better than it looked in the pictures (and it looks really good in the pics)! Beautiful views from all parts of the lanai, open living area and two great bedrooms and bathrooms. Had everything we could have needed. Will definitely stay here again

Great stay

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we have plans to do so for a third time. Lovely condo and well maintained complex. We had perfect weather and a wonderful and relaxing time. Definitely a 2 thumbs up review.

Views were fantastic of the golf course and a good piece of the ocean. Quiet area. Comfortable beds. Big kitchen and living area. Very much enjoyed!

Beautiful condo in perfect location.

Very comfortable and nicely appointed. We had everything we need. Loved the lanais. The entire unit was nicely decorated and the king bed was very comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and we loved the pool and jacuzzis!

Great Place to Stay

We loved our stay at your condo. It was so comfortable with beautiful views. So much care and detail in a booklet of recommendations for the area. Great communication with owner and property manager. So many places that are walkable and accessible. We will definitely recommend to friends.

Wonderful Condo in Waikola

My husband and I spent a fantastic week in this very clean, well stocked condo. Description of condo listing is accurate. Greg, the onsite manager very helpful. We enjoyed many day trips while staying here as well as many hours relaxing on the beautiful lanais enjoying the views. We would definitely return to this gorgeous place!

We absolutely recommend this condo! It has a great location, amazing views, and awesome amenities. The beds are very comfortable. The property manager, Greg, was extremely helpful and very nice. great time in beautful home. had everything we needed and more. 5 min to beach to watch sunsets. maybe 7 mins to swiming on A-beach. great pool and hot tubs. exceeded all expectations. very quiet complex. restaurant/bar next door was 2 min walk.

Beautiful and comfortable!

This property lived up to its online representation in every way, which isn't always the case. Beautifully appointed, lovely view of sunrise over the volcano and sunset over the ocean on a private, large lanai on the third floor. The comfortable furnishings, nice art, and excellent kitchenware made our stay so lovely. Mahalo!

An immaculate apartment in Waikoloa Beach

This is a very spacious 2-bedroom suite on the top (3rd) floor, with two spacious balconies, one overlooking the golf course and the other overlooking the beach and sunsets. It is immaculately maintained, with all of the household equipment which you could ask for. It is a few hundred metres from the King's Shops and the Queen's Shops, which offer all of the services you need.

Return to Kohala coast

We enjoyed our stay in Vista Waikoloa. I’ve stayed in several units here over the past few years. This condo was well appointed with comfortable beds and outstanding communication with the owner and manager. We particularly appreciated having beach chairs, beach towels, and some spices and condiments in the kitchen. The weather was outstanding this trip and the sunsets amazing! Thanks for the flexibility with checking in early as we were already on island.

Lovely Waikoloa 🌴

Our recent visit to F305 was our second time in this unit! The rooms are bright and open, and the views from the wrap around lanai are fabulous! We especially appreciate the beach towels and chairs, umbrella, snorkels gear, and noodles provided for our use. Thanks to the owners! The MacMahons

The most relaxing pad in Paradise!!!!

When may we return? This apartment was so quiet, peaceful and relaxing and just a short walk from snorkeling and very close to local surf spots, too. They had so many comforts and amenities to relax and enjoy yourself. They have an awesome coffee maker too so just make sure you stock up on the best Kona coffee at a location nearby, including the grocery just a couple of blocks away. We loved this place and the surrounding nature walks and beaches. You will love it too!!

Wonderful home in perfect location!

What a lovely home-away-from-home!! Wraparound lanai with sunrise and sunset views. Lovely linens and down pillows. Plenty of dishes and cookware. We love the Vista Waikoloa location, walk to ABay, Kings Shops, Queen’s Marketplace, plenty of sidewalks for runs and walks. This is our favorite Vista W. unit because of the ideal views. Owner and local manager very friendly and responsive. Can’t wait to come back!
