Clean and spacious. We had family arrive from Asheville, Texas and California for graduation weekend. We didn't feel crowded, never had to fight for a bathroom. Perfect for our needs!

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to plenty of good restaraunts in Mint Hill, 20 minutes to Downtown. Host was very nice and accomodating. 100% recommend !

The house was very clean and offered many amenities. The area is about 20 minutes from the Charlotte raceway which was our destination. Plenty of parking that we needed as there were multiple vehicles we brought. Only thing that we did not find was a working thermostat. It is fall, so no HVAC needed, but did get slightly chilly chilly at night.

Overall the house was very nice with plenty of room for us. There are two issues. The website said there was an outside grill and there was not. Also, the patio table was very dirty and I cleaned it myself. Overall experience was good.

The grill is available but stored out of sight due to the open outdoor space, and we’re always happy to assist guests in locating it upon request. The home was beautiful, tastefully decorated. comfortable beds. Very clean. the only suggestion I would make is supplying a more towels and cooking supplies. Otherwise we had a lovely time.
