Welcome to SoCal Investment and Realty! We offer a variety of properties in OC from Fountain Valley, Westminster, Santa Ana, and Buena Park. Immerse yourself in the spirit and comfort of Southern California from the moment you step inside our one-of-a-kind single-family house.
The property in the photos is located in the city of Santa Ana, main intersection: S Flower st/W MacArthur Blvd
This is a 2,500 sqft single-family residence. The home has 6 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, a backyard with BBQ, and dining with complimentary amenities for your convenience. Our property is equipped with a smart TV with free Netflix available for use.
Located just on the border of Santa Ana and Costa Mesa in the highly desirable area of South Coast Metro with world-class shopping and five-star dining.
- The living area is a nice place for the family to spend time together, We have an expansive living room with a fireplace and a big smart TV. Just off the living room is an open kitchen fully equipped with cooking wares, utensils, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
- The master bedroom has a King bed, TV, and a private newly renovated bathroom located on the first floor. It also has another bedroom that comes with a Queen bed and 1 shared bathroom.
- The second floor offers 4 spacious bedrooms and a remodeled full bathroom. 2 bedrooms come with a King bed and 2 bedrooms come with 2 Queen beds.
- The backyard is nice and spacious with a paver patio, BBQ, dining set, and beautiful trees
- The Washer/Dryer is located in the garage.
We value cleanliness as our top priority to provide great experiences to guests while staying at our Airbnb. We hire professionals to Ozone Wash all linens and towels in our Airbnb for guests to use. Ozone Wash destroys spores, viruses, and bacteria and eliminates odors - meaning our laundry will be cleaner and fresher than traditional washing methods.

***Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are cameras in the front door, backyard, driveway, and side of the houses. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure the safety of everyone. Cameras are for after incident liability determination only. They should never be monitored.
*** Street Parking ATTENTION - NO STREET PARKING!
Street Sweeping is on THURSDAY, PM, so please pay attention to AVOID getting tickets at all costs. We do not want to see you getting a ticket. Also, please DO NOT park in front of the neighbor`s property.
**We do not provide linens for the pack n play as babies might be sensitive to the detergent.
**Our property is pet-friendly. There will be an additional fee of $150 for pet cleaning. You will need to disclose your pets for our approval before booking. Limit 2 pets max, under 30 pounds.
**To ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly ask that all dog owners clean up after their pets. Please dispose of pet waste properly using the bags and bins provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.
***Trash Day: Trash pick-up is on WEDNESDAY. Please kindly help us pull the trash can to the curb on Tuesday evening.
***Gardeners may visit during your stay. They will respect your space and privacy and will not be bothering you.
***Please do not block the sidewalk to avoid receiving a ticket
- No parties or events allowed.
- No smoking allowed inside and outside.
- Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please respect the noise curfew.
- Turn off the lights/fans when you leave.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times.
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Please do your dishes.
- Respect our neighbors. Our homes are close together and our neighbors are our friends who are not on vacation, so please respect quiet time.
- QUIET HOUR: 9PM - 7AM
- Please take the trash out before you leave.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
