This cozy cottage is a like a little piece of heaven! It is peaceful and quiet in the picturesque mountain community of Sky Valley!
Our newly renovated home is only 10 minutes from the shops and restaurants of Dillard GA, and only 25 minutes from Highlands NC, Clayton GA, and Franklin NC. Or you can enjoy The Vineyard at High Holly or the Sky Valley Country Club which has golf, tennis, and dining less than 5 minutes away!
Our home has 3 levels:
Main level has entry, dining, kitchen, family room with fireplace, back deck overlooking pond, bedroom with queen bed and adjoining bathroom with walk in shower
Upstairs has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a shared hall bathroom with tub/shower combo
Terrace level has a family room with a queen pull-out sofa, full bathroom with tub/shower combo, laundry room, and access to back patio and pond
