The location of this beautiful apartment will just make you fall in love with it right away. Very close to all amenities such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, the beach, though very quiet so you can enjoy your holiday and relax . The views from the terrace over the ocean, mountains and green areas are stunning.
The apartment is distributed on 95 m2 and its south-west orientation will allow you to enjoy the best times of the sun on Costa del Sol
It consists of two spacious bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, one of them with fitted wardrobe, two modern bathrooms with shower, a spacious and bright living/dining room with ceiling to floor glass doors leading directly to the terrace, a fully equipped open kitchen with all appliances and a 35 m2 south-west facing terrace with lots of sun.
The entire apartment as well as the terrace is furnished with modern and comfortable furniture, ready for you to relax and enjoy your stay.
The Urbanization offers a beautiful and mature garden with tropical trees and flowers, 4 large pools surrounded by green lawns, and community parking.

The complex El Manantial is located in the lower part of Elviria, in a very quiet residential area where you can breathe the fresh air. The apartment is only 1 km from the commercial centre of Elviria, where you can stock up at the Supersol and Supercor supermarkets. There are also several restaurants, bars and beaches within walking distance.
The community consists of 4 swimming pools and green gardens with vegetation so you feel like at the countryside and enjoy it with your friends and family. There is also a 24 hour concierge service. The guestshave unlimited access to all communal areas.

Elviria is a lively low-density residential area with amenities. As the center of Marbella East, it has shopping facilities, restaurants and bars. The area is covered with vegetation, mostly native pine trees and cork oaks.
Just a ten-minute drive from the centre of Marbella and close to the many amenities of the bustling town of Marbella.
Golf/ Tennis
Three golf courses are located in Elviria: Santa Maria Golf & Country Club, Greenlife Golf Club and El Soto Golf & Country Club. Tennis is also popular in this area and there are courts at the Don Carlos hotel and the Hoffman Tennis Academy in La Mairena.

Elviria has five hotels, three of which are five-star hotels: Marriott’s Marbella Beach Resort, Don Carlos Leisure Resort & Spa, and Vincci Seleccion Estrella del Mar. All of them provide Spa/fitness, bars and restaurant facilities. Our favorite is the beach club ”Estrella del Mar”.
