Upstairs House across street Pool Pet Friendly

This impressive 3 Br house is located across the street from the beach with a great ocean view. The 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom is located uostairs and requires a flight of steps. Come and enjoy an "original" coastal home at this private residence.

The home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom features a Queen with it's own private bathroom, tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom offers 2 double beds. The 3rd bedroom has a King bed and shares the remodeled hall bath (shower stall only/no tub).

There are flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and the family room area. Plenty of seating space for family gatherings in the living room with the sofa and two recliners. The kitchen offers full size appliances (NO dishwasher) but complete with a large table that seats 8, to enjoy meals or game night together. Great grilling options (charcoal and gas) for hot dogs and burgers around the outdoor tables and chairs and umbrellas, too.

This property has an exterior surveillance camera located under the back stairwell, capturing the area between the back of the house. No audio is recorded.

Small dogs are allowed -- 2 maximum and under 25 pounds, please. Each pet will require a $300 pet non-refundable fee. Bike Friendly but please NO SMOKING AT THIS PROPERTY.

Great vacation!

This house is in a great location and we always enjoy staying here. It is the perfection vacation home for either a small or large group, since is part of a larger property. Beach access is right across the street and the accommodations are comfortable and always clean. It is well taken care of and we always look forward to our stays at 5 Sea Gals.
