This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles is available on a first come, first served basis.
• As of March 1st, 2023, there will be a $5.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.
• This home is a first-floor walkdown unit with 20 steps required to reach the main entrance.
• Long-term stays allowed.
• Portable crib and highchair provided.
