Wonderful location! Lovely screened in porch. Communication was excellent. Would definitely stay there again! The apartment has everything you need.

Perfect for a mother/daughter/aunt weekend

The space is great for a small group of friends or family! Perfect for my aunt and mom who are both seniors since it is on the first floor but still felt extremely safe, it was their first vrbo experience and they are completely sold on using vrbo over hotel rooms for future trips!

Tha apartment had been fumigated with pesticide, clearly shortly before I arrived at 4:45 p.m. the smell was toxic and gave me an immediate headache.The smoke detector was not functioning properly and the alarm went off at 9:00 p.m. last night. I was not able to silence the alarm so my son who is a contractor came over since I was told that it would be over an hour before a maintenance person could come. The alarm was piercingly loud and hurt my dog's ears. My son came over, removed the alarm and ultimately had to run over it with this truck to get it to silence. He informed me that it was not operating as it should.I expect a full refund due to these very unfortunate circumstances. In addition, the neighbor on top of me sounded like he was moving furniture all night long.I have stayed at 800 Magnolia many times and I will not be returning due to the circumstances which were totally preventable.
