It comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a loft for additional sleeping space, or a perfect spot for a home office. Imagine winding down after a long day and looking out at the pacific ocean as you enjoy beautiful sunsets and ocean breezes from your ocean front balcony that hangs over the strand below. You're just steps from the sand and a short walk to the world-famous Riviera Village.

You have full access to the condo unit and building amenities (laundry, garage parking for 1 car, and hot tub).
Other things to note
Due to an ordinance effected by the city of Redondo Beach, homeowners are now prohibited from advertising & renting short-term vacation rentals for fewer that 30 days. However, renters are welcome to call for recommendations to nearby accommodations.
