We love this house for being in a safe, gated community, directly on the water. It has gorgeous sunsets and views of the mountains along with full access to the beachfront Placencia Resort, located just across the main road from the Villa.
Cosa rende unica questa struttura
There is a private enclosed butterfly house with real butterflies and exotic orchids! You will also love the screened in porch and privacy of having your very own waterfront Villa coupled with all the amenities of a beachfront resort. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked with everything you might need for a nice family meal. We also offer suggestions for the very best tours and have a private boat captain who can take you out snorkeling, island hopping, or fishing!
