Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home is also equipped with:

FYI: Guests are required to purchase a protection plan, which is added to the booking total. This plan provides coverage for accidental damages during your stay.
Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest ID verification through third-party provide TRUVI. We have seen a recent uptick in fraud and theft by guests and so we need to keep track of who is staying with us. TRUVI will contact you via email and/or text to complete the ID verification. Please do so prior to arriving to the property to enable a smooth check-in process. It will only take a few minutes to complete.

Under no circumstances should you go into the leasing office, they will not help you and this will only cause trouble for everyone. Please message me directly for any questions or if you need help.
1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the premises or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.
2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am.
3. The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware.
4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property.
5. The cleaning that you pay for is to pay for how you find the home. Please leave it as you found it when you first arrived (more or less). If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently after you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee, price depends how long it takes to clean up after you (we hire 3rd party cleaners to come clean). We don’t expect you to scrub the home but simply pick up your trash and leave it decent enough that your mom would be proud! (=
6. Standard check-out is 10 am. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout and it is $35/Flat fee. We will let you know what time we can accommodate.
7. Standard check-in is at 4pm. Early check-in must be requested at time of booking and is subject to availability. The fee is $35/hr. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time.
8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items. Please message us if you need extra items.
9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
10. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.
11. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff.
12. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.
13. There is 1 security camera outside of the unit at the front entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
14. No shoes in the house, please take them off in the front. If you wear shoes in the house please make sure they are clean.
15. Please do not wash hair down the drain, no one likes clogged drains and we all know how problematic hair and drains can be, please treat it as your own home. Flush it down the toilet or throw it in the garbage bins provided.
16. Management fee covers damage protection insurance during your stay.
17. Under no circumstances should you go into the leasing office, they will not help you and this will only cause trouble for everyone (airbnb is allowed here we just don`t want to inconvenience the leasing office). Please message me directly for any questions or if you need help.
18. Please make sure to use your real photo on your profile picture.
19. Everyone that is staying overnight has to be registered as a guest.
