This stylish and modern place to stay is perfect for families, traveling workers, and anyone looking to relax and unwind in Burlington. Attention to detail and design exude in this updated historic home, circa 1865. The apartment includes everything one would expect from a luxury hotel, such as fine linens, plush bath sheets, and handcrafted toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Only a 5-minute drive to historic downtown. 8-minute drive to the hospital. Directly across the street from a bakery and a short walk to the pizza shop!
The space
Old-world craftsmanship meets modern-day comforts in this split-level apartment. Relax and unwind on a large velvet sofa and a plush velvet chair in the living room. Sit back and watch your favorite shows on a 65" LG OLED TV. Enormous windows with velvet and semi-sheer linen curtains allow you to experience as much or as little sunlight as you'd like.
You'll find everything that you need and more in a fully stocked kitchen. Coffee, assorted teas, sugar, and creamers are stocked for your convenience. You'll also find olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to get you started. Pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, wine glasses, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, measuring cups & spoons, and knives allow your culinary imagination to run wild in the kitchen.
A deep emerald-green, gold-accented half bathroom is conveniently located between the living and kitchen areas.
You'll also find a quaint desk and a velvet chair perfect for those work tasks.
As you ascend the stairs, you're greeted by a luxurious bathroom featuring an emerald-tiled shower, Kohler fixtures, and handcrafted spa-quality soaps. A large vanity provides ample space.
As you enter the upstairs bedroom, you're greeted with a king-sized bed fitted with luxurious hotel-quality linens from Parachute, flanked by beautiful nightstands with touch-activated lamps. An antique dresser and closet provide plenty of personal storage. Room-darkening velvet curtains in both bedrooms block unwanted light, allowing a tranquil night's sleep.
The laundry area in the main entryway is stocked with all the essentials and features a full-sized washer and dryer.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura
The town of Burlington is very unique. Many old homes date back to the 1800s. This small town is incredibly friendly and offers some fantastic restaurants. I love the new bakery that opened across the street; it's a perfect spot to grab a pastry.
Cosa rende unica questa struttura
This home is circa 1865. I tried to maintain as many of the era's character and architectural elements as possible while upgrading it to modern comforts. This space contains everything you would need to feel right at home.
