La nostra struttura è una ben strutturata 3 camere da letto, 3 unità bagno situato al 5 °, piano. All'interno di un complesso strutture ci eccellenti sviluppa su edifici che si affacciano sull'oceano creata dal famoso architetto Ian Morrison. Gode di oltre 370 piedi di spiaggia che si estende e si espande sulla famosa spiaggia di Dover con la sua sabbia bianca e acque cristalline color turchese. La nostra unità ha indimenticabile vista sulla spiaggia panoramica sull'oceano diretta.

La posizione della nostra proprietà è molto vicino a St Lawrence Gap o 'The Gap' e fornisce un livello di convenienza poche altre proprietà offrono il maggior numero di negozi, ristoranti, intrattenimento e attività sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Di conseguenza, non si richiede un veicolo per accedere a gran parte di ciò che gli ospiti richiedono come quello bancario e ristoranti alle strutture di alimentari e molto altro ancora.

L'aeroporto internazionale di Barbados, Grantley Adams International Airport, è a soli 15 minuti di auto per la nostra unità. Bridgetown è a breve distanza simile a ovest.

Wonderful location and beautiful condo. We enjoyed the beach, pool and close proximity to restaurants. The unit had everything we needed and was clean and pleasant. We loved our stay here!

Amazing Stay

This was our 2nd time staying with this host. The check in and communication with the host was great. The property was beautiful and location to the beach was perfect as it was right outside of our gate. Would stay here again in the future.

Nice beach getaway

Loved staying at Fran’s condo at Sapphire Beach. Wonderful unit with great views! The location was very convenient close to many restaurants you could walk to. Communication with both owner and property manager was excellent. I highly recommend this place for your island getaway

Wonderful stay!

The condo was absolutely a wonderful stay. Very clean, safe, and the staff were very nice. They do a great job maintaining the property. Everything is brand new. Access to two beautiful pools and the gorgeous beach is a huge plus for my family. Near shops and restaurants as well. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

Amazing Views & Friendly People

Fran was an excellent host. Our stay was fantastic. Condo was clean and just as described. The location was perfect. We could walk to tons of restaurants and stores to shop. The Dover market was close to purchase groceries. The condo had the best view for sunsets and the ocean was perfect to swim in. Very clean, friendly and safe place to stay.

Apartment was absolutely fantastic with a spectacular location on the beach. Clean and well presented with all you needed for a relaxing holiday along with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. We hope to visit again soon.

Condo exceeded our expectations. Very clean, ocean front property. Beach and water was nice, as well as the pool. Umbrellas at the pool would have been nice. Property manager was quick to respond. Everyone was friendly.

Perfect Vacation

We have been renting in Barbados for many years and it was our first stay at this property. The unit was very well located near St-Lawrence Gap restaurants, right on the beach and was absolutely spotless, well furnished and beautifully appointed. The pictures reflect perfectly its beauty and comfort. The owner, project manager and management firm representative were easy to reach and very prompt to answer any queries we had before and during our stay. We can't wait to come back again.

My family and I love this property and we keep coming back. We’ve tried many others over the years, but this one meets all of our needs. The place is high quality, clean, and well equipped. It is in the perfect location to make my whole family happy. The only problem was that we had to leave. Can’t wait till next time.

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay this past week. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner, property manager and even the housekeeper was easy and prompt. The security staff and maintenance staff for the building were welcoming, friendly and helpful too. The pools were a really nice bonus for the kids on the days that were a bit too rainy to head to the beach. We travel to Barbados often and this has been our favorite holiday rental thus far. Thanks Fran!

A wonderful vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 507 Sapphire. The condo is well appointed and had everything that we could think of. It is comfortable and has a lovely home away from home feel. The property manager Anita was super responsive and dealt with any issue that arose promptly, efficiently and courteously. Fran too was very prompt in responding to my enquiries and was a pleasure to deal with. All in all a wonderful vacation and a very good experience overall.

Lovely retreat

Perfect for 2 friends. Really enjoyed 2 king beds with en-suite. Great privacy. Anita on site manager attended to our needs promptly. All staff were friendly and were helpful. It was fun at The Gap and best of all the nightly music could not be heard in Apt. The only light criticism is the bathroom fans are annoying due to their decibel level. Will definitely return.

As advertised: Amazing

2 Adults 3 teens for quick summer getaway end of June 24. Property is absolutely amazing - new bathrooms and everything we needed. Views are as the pics highlight. Staff on ground are wonderful! We had inclimate weather one day and staff were super helpful - thanks to Anita on ground. Small (little expensive) grocery store a block away, but main grocery 5 mins away. beach was spectacular (Charles from Charles watersport made it easy!) and wonderful casual beach snacks and shacks with inexpensive drinks and food along with some higher ends. Private, quiet and wonderful 3 BR condo with great views. Thanks for having us; can't wait to go back!

What a place

We had a fantastic 2-week stay, with the best view one can possibly get. Clean, roomy apartment, it provided everything we needed. No need to watch TV at a location like this, but for those who want to, the channel opportunities seemed to be limited. Doesn't matter, absolutely wonderful place with a bunch of really good restaurants in walking distance (Harlequin, Sharky's and Cafe de Sol were our favorites). Since the condo is on the beach, it was so easy to walk back and forth, and we also enjoyed the wonderful swimming pools in between. Thanks! We'll be back :-)

Amazing Stay in beautiful Barbados!

This truly was an amazing experience! Fran made our stay seamless, from check in to departure. The view was breathtaking and the condo was just as beautiful if not more then what the pictures depict. The condo was spotless,spacious and on one of the most beautiful beaches (Dover Beach) on Barbados. Entertainment, fine dining, local cuisine and so much more, all within walking distance. We’ve all been to Barbados several times in the past and stayed at some other nice hotels in the area. I have to say that this experience from A to Z far surpasses any of our past stays. I highly recommend this property and would personally like to thank Fran and the beautiful people of Barbados for making our vacation such an amazing experience. Sincerely, Eric D

Wonderful birthday vacay’

Fran’s place was fantastic. Clean, well decorated and comfortable. The concierge service offered at the condo was able to grocery shop for us. This was a tremendous help especially with our flight arriving after midnight. Years ago I stayed at same complex on the 2nd floor, but staying on 5th floor had the best views. Fran’s condo offered plenty of bath towels, beach towels, coolers, extra pillows and blankets and board games. The kitchen looked well stocked, but we hired a cook to prepare our meals during our stay, so my group only utilized the leftovers in fridge & microwave…lol. Fran was super responsive to all my inquiries. Highly recommend and hope to be back very soon.

Amazing Turtles!!

This three bed apartment overlooking the beach is a great base if you want to be in The Gap. The two main bedrooms are extremely comfortable with great beds and lovely linen, the third twin is less comfortable - very hard mattresses and the aircon is also a little dodgy in this room. The sunsets are magnificent from the balcony. Housekeeping are very helpful and efficient. The only problem I have is nothing to do with the apartment it is the local standard of restaurants - which is awful!!! You need to leave the St. Lawrence Gap area to avoid being very disappointed. The only exception was The Southern Palms which offer passable food at a reasonable price and excellent service.

Wonderful spot for a Girlfriends Getaway!

Everything about this condo was fabulous! It was located a few minutes walk or quick cab ride to St. Lawrence Gap with great restaurants and shops. The furnishings and decor were beautiful and the 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms were great. The best part was the large 5th floor balcony overlooking the beautiful pools and ocean with seating from 6 at the table and 2 loungers. We arranged for a weekly rate for beach chairs and they were already set up for us everyday before we came down to the beach. Communications with the owner France were very clear and organized. We pre-ordered groceries and wine through the property management company, which were there upon arrival, and we also organized our airport transfers through them. Anita was on-site and so helpful, checking on us several times to make sure all was ok. I highly recommend taxi service from Richard Taxi, 1-246-282-3588. Richard drove us to and from restaurants, Oisten and gave us a fabulous Island Tour. He knows everything about the island and made our trip so much fun!! We will definitely return to Saphire.

Fantastic VRBO

This rental is in a great location if you are looking at staying on the Gap. This was our second time visiting Barbados. The first time we stayed in a more centralized location between Dover and Oisten’s so we could walk everywhere. We loved Dover so much we decided to stay directly on the beach this time but that meant taking more taxis. We had a total of seven people ranging in age from 12-44. It was the perfect amount of space for all of us. The kitchen is stocked well. Communication was great and the cleaning lady who stopped by once during our stay was very kind and friendly. My only recommendation for the host would be to add some extra blankets. There was only a top sheet and one thin blanket on the bed. While this was fine for my husband, I was freezing. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Thank-you for viewing our property. We fell in love with Barbados 15 years ago. Its a safe place and the people are friendly. We love cooking and cocktails and the kitchen here has everything we need. We have been involved in real estate for some time now. Knowing Barbados and owning property on the south coast made sense to us. Beach and blue skies. We can't ask for more.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

There are many reasons we chose our Barbados property. The beach, the weather which is always around 29 degrees Celsius and the lack of hurricanes are the primary reasons for purchasing this property. The stability of the Island and the friendly population are also main contributing factors. Flights are readily available and Bajan standards are modeled after British and North American standards so everything in pretty much comparable to back home...except the weather.

Amazing views overlooking Dover beach from a top floor perspective. There is active bird watching from the unit of many local species. The master bedroom opens to a large terrace overlooking the south ocean with its amazing turquoise waters. Restaurants and many amenities all within walking distance.
