You’ll find grocery stores like Hung Long Grocery Store, Iman Supermarket, New Golden Village Market(Sovannapum Thmey), Angkor Market and La Típica Oaxaqueña 0.3 miles (2 mins) nearby. Local parks like Westcrest Park is just 1.3 miles (5mins) away, business park, school playground, and a dance studio are all within walking distance. However, for those who prefer not to drive or do not have a car, alternative transportation options like buses and Uber are easily accessible. Conveniently located near nearby bus stops, the property offers excellent public transit connectivity along major routes, including the RapidRide H Line. Additionally, the property offers seamless access to major highways, including SR 99 (Pacific Highway) and SR 509, ensuring quick and efficient commutes to downtown Seattle, Tukwila, Burien, West Seattle, and other nearby cities. Whether driving or using public transportation, getting around has never been easier.



Other Things to Note:

1. There are a few exterior steps leading to the front door.

2. Please note that this is an older home, so the circuit breaker may trip if too many devices are used at once.

3. You’ll be renting the upstairs unit only, which shares a door with the downstairs unit. Some sound transfer between units is possible.

4. We welcome up to 2 pets with a $100 per pet fee (or $200 total for two or more pets).

5. If you are staying 30 days longer: Guest screening and signing a lease is a standard requirement for longer term rentals, as it aligns with local rental regulations and provides clarity for both parties.
