3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on corner lot in Ocean Lakes Resort! This is a unique layout where 2 bedrooms are attached to bathrooms!! Golf Cart Rental INCLUDED!
Outdoor Features:
Outdoor space Galore for Entertaining, Relaxation & Parking. Outdoor TV, Propane Grill. Just a few minute golf cart ride to the beach.
Inside Features:
There is cable TV in every room, and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, washer & dryer
LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Towels!!!
3 beds, sleeping 6 people
Primary Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed with private en-suite full bathroom (Shower)
Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Size Bed with access to 2nd bathroom (Shower/Tub combo)
Bedroom 3 - Twin over Twin bunk beds

You will not get bored at Ocean Lakes!! 18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!
Rules/Requirements:
**Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
**Price includes a gift card for a GOLF CART RENTAL at Ocean Lakes rental shop. Just pick it up, and it's on us. Ocean Lakes does not reserve carts. There are typically plenty of carts. However you may want to arrive as early as possible to ensure availability.
**MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.
