Sedona Hilltop Haven - Luxurious Home with Hot Tub and Views Galore!

Experience this new hilltop retreat completed in September 2025. With walls of windows framing sweeping 180° red rock views, this modern Sedona sanctuary blends style, comfort, location and views, views, views. Perfect for couples, small families with *older* children, or retreatants seeking comfort and tranquility with adventure just minutes away.

This single-level luxury home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, designed with both comfort and elegance in mind.

The Primary Suite features a king bed with luxury linens, an elegant ensuite bath and breathtaking views. The Second Bedroom features a queen bed with luxurious linens and an adjacent full bath

The modern, fully stocked kitchen is great for home-cooked meals in the adjacent dining area overlooking iconic Thunder Mountain or more casual meals at the island/bar.

When you arrive, you'll be able to check in on your own using the electronic keypad on the front door. There will be a small tray of snacks waiting for you on the kitchen counter. In the morning you'll find fresh coffee beans (from Sedona's most popular breakfast restaurant) waiting to be ground plus half and half, and a selection of sweeteners and teas, We want you to feel at home!

You'll find a comfortable sofa and chairs in the living/entertainment area with a gas fireplace that encourages great conversation after a day exploring Sedona, and a big screen TV with a Youtube TV subscription for when you just want to chill out.

Tucked in the corner of the living area is a dedicated work desk with a desk lamp and a few related necessities. There is a full size keyboard and monitor in the cabinet if you would like to use them.

Outdoors you'll find a fenced-in patio with a small covered area that will shield you from the afternoon sun plus a larger area with a table and chairs, a gas BBQ grille and yes, that all important hot tub!

Special notes:
1) To use the televisions in the bedrooms, or streaming services other than Youtube TV in the living room, bring an HDMI cable and your login information with you to access your own streaming accounts.
2) We cannot accept children under 13 years old for safety reasons- parts of the yard are not fenced and border a steep, rocky slope.

Perfect place. Great views from every room. Clean, updated and well kept, everything we needed. Easy check in/out, easy parking, and hot tub and patio were the perfect retreat.

Even better than the photos! Stunning views, beautifully appointed space, and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it!

This home is beautiful and the views are amazing. We appreciated that it was well stocked with pillows, blankets, towels, paper goods and high quality kitchen items. Manager was very helpful and notified us when the house was clean and ready to check in. So nice that we didn't have to pay extra for "early check in" like so many rentals are charging now. If you are fussy about your pillow, I'd bring your own if possible. Even though there are a lot of them they are very thick and firm. Otherwise, an excellent choice for a Sedona stay.
