We enjoyed this cute, historic home in so many ways! We were sad to leave, but if we come back out again this will be our first choice!

This stay was a 10/10 for us! The location was perfect everything was a quick 10 min drive. The hosts were very accommodating when we decided to take our dog which we were so appreciative of! No complaints from our visit!

The home was clean and cozy, but the beds were uncomfortable and noisy. One bed had a low spot and the frame of the other bed was creaky! Being an old house, the walls are thin, so you could hear everything. But then again, that’s the charm of staying in an old house.

4.5 stars but I rounded up. Avantstay are great hosts with your stay there top priority. Great things about this San Diego location. Very nice and clean house, great kitchen and hang out spot. Neighborhood/house has great and easy parking. Location is close (15-20 mins) to most spots in SD and a block away from a grocery store. Some knocks against it. Neighborhood is very lively with action, noise and load cars driving by. Bathrooms are nicely remodeled but can be a bit cramped and it would be nice if at least one of the beds were a larger size.
