A $4500 security deposit, midstay cleans, and a long term rental agreement are required for 30+ night stays. The number of midstay cleans is dependent on the length of stay. Approval required before booking. Please reach out prior to booking with any questions.

We charge a required non-refundable fee, for all bookings of 29 nights or less, to cover any small damages and wear and tear that may have occurred during your stay.
