The Space:

The inviting living room features a plush couch with chaise lounge, a smart TV for movie nights, and a collection of board games for relaxed evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking or entertaining, complete with stainless steel appliances, dark countertops, crisp white cabinetry, and convenient counter seating for two. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.
Bedroom #2 includes a twin size bed and a desk.
Bedroom #3 includes 2 sets of full-over-full bunk beds.
This home also includes a half bathroom and a full bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer available in home.
• Street parking for 1 vehicle available.
• Guests will receive one parking pass to park on the street near the home. To obtain the pass, guests must provide the vehicle owner's first name, last name, & vehicle details (license plate number, state of plate, year/make/model/color of the vehicle).
• Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras: (1) located at the front of the home and actively monitoring the walkway and a partial view of the street, and (2) located on the front porch and actively monitoring the porch and walkway into the home.
• High chair and portable crib available.
• Long-term stays allowed.
