Contemporary side-by-side style just minutes from both the ski area and historic downtown Steamboat, Principal House and Uptown House combine to create Princetown Grande. Together, these two newly built residences comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests in 8 bedrooms, making them a perfect retreat for multi-family vacations or friend group getaways.
While both townhomes share a clean, mountain-modern aesthetic, each features its own distinct personality. Principal House has warm, contemporary tones and Uptown House with a sleek, city-meets-the-mountains vibe.
The main level of each home is an open-concept area filled with natural light. Each residence features an airy great room centered around a sleek gas fireplace. Guests easily flow between these areas and the gourmet kitchens and dining spaces. Both modern kitchens boast high-end appliances and large islands with bar seating for casual gatherings.
Outdoor living is a key feature, with each home offering its own private hot tub for a relaxing soak after a day of adventure. Principal House features a main-level patio with its hot tub and a propane grill. Uptown House boasts two decks. A spacious main-level deck has a firepit and outdoor seating, plus a lower-level deck with the hot tub.
Dedicated spaces for work and play are found in both homes. Uptown House provides a private, closed-door office on the main level, while its entire upper floor is a large media and bunk room paradise, sure to delight kids and teens. Principal House features a quiet workspace nook on its upper-level landing, ideal for catching up on emails.
When it’s time to unwind, the eight beautifully appointed bedrooms offer private comfort and luxury. Both residences conveniently feature their spacious primary king ensuites on the main living level. The primary suite in Principal House also includes a large walk-in closet with its own washer and dryer.
On the upper level of Principal House, guests will find three more bedrooms - a king bedroom with an ensuite bath, plus another king bedroom and a room with two twin beds that share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The lower level of Uptown House features two comfortable queen bedrooms that share a full bath and open directly onto the hot tub deck. Its upper level is the expansive bunk room, which includes two sets of twin-over-queen bunks and its own ensuite bath.
Every convenience has been considered for a seamless stay, including air conditioning, blackout shades in the bedrooms, high-speed internet, washers and dryers, and garage parking for each home.
Note: These homes are not connected internally, and access to each side is through the main entry door or garage. Principal House is pet-friendly, with an additional $950 cleaning fee and written approval. Please contact us for details.

This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
These residences have noise decibel monitoring devices and exterior security cameras.
