The kitchen is large for the space, providing plenty of room to cook, prepare meals, and entertain. The living room blends into the kitchen creating an open atmosphere and comfortable environment. Down the hallway you will find 2 bedrooms on either side, along with a clean and large full bathroom.
GUEST ACCESS:
Enter through the private front door entrance with a smart lock for easy keyless access. This unit is the guest house, which is full detached unit from the main home. Guests will have full private access to the guest home. No spaces are shared with the exception of the driveway. The lot is huge, so there are no parking issues between the two units. The primary home on the lot is also rentable, so reach out if you would like to rent both at the same time to create a compound for you and your friends or family.
