The private boat dock (available April–October) makes it easy to fish, swim, or launch your kayak. Inside, you’ll find an open living space with 3 Smart TVs, a decorative fireplace, and board games for cozy nights in. It was a great place for my family to hang out, and the patio was the main reason we could do it! It is lovely and large! The barbecue was next to the patio, and there was enough seating to accomodate the entire family. And having the dock right there, the kids could jump into the water and play. It was so quiet, though I have heard that during the summer boating season it might be louder with boat traffic. But it was wonderful to sit out on the patio in the morning and watch the sunrise. And all communication with the host was answered politely and promptly. It was great!

Beautiful waterfront property in a great location on Lake Hamilton! The house was clean and family friendly! The extra-large covered back porch with dining and living areas can entertain the largest of families. You are CLOSE to the water with this one! So, if you like fishing from the dock and waking up to beautiful views, this one is for you! Chris, the host, checked on us and made sure our stay was the best!

This home has a great location right on the water. The back porch overlooking the water was amazing. There is a very nice dock, however there is no furniture on the dock to sit and enjoy the water. The check-in process was seamless. However, while the interior of the home was clean, the exterior was filthy. It needed to be powerwashed and blown off. The driveway is in need of serious repair. We didn't have a problem since we were in an F-250 but low riding cars might have an issue with the potholes. The kitchen was well equipped, however the 2 skillets that we used were in need of replacement. Everything we cooked stuck to the pan and they were very difficult to clean. The batteries in all of the remotes needed to be replaced. Most of them did not work. It would be nice if there were TV's in all of the rooms. There is a TV in the bunk room but not one in the bedroom with the King bed, which was disappointing. The comforter on the King bed was extremely old and dingy. The lighting in the bathroom that we used was extremely dim. There is a very nice makeup mirror in that bathroom but it would not light up so I had to use a different bathroom to put on my makeup and fix my hair. Overall, we were a little disappointed in the value for the money!!

Great location! Spacious and Family friendly. Host very attentive to our needs. Deck had cobwebs and bird poop on outdoor furniture. Host sent housekeeper to clean it right away. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of family games. The dock was excellent for fishing. The best part was watching sunrise and sunset.
