Additionally, the lack of blackout shades, insufficient kitchen supplies, WiFi issues, and the flooding parking lot were significant concerns. Our local team has been notified, and we will be addressing the pest control issue, cleaning the shower stall glass, and ensuring that the bathroom and kitchen are better equipped. We will also look into providing softer bath towels and installing blackout shades in the bedroom windows to improve your comfort. Regarding the WiFi and smart TV connectivity issues, we will investigate these problems to ensure a more stable connection for future guests. We will also address the flooding issue in the parking lot with the property management to find a suitable solution.
