Great hosts, great location, great house! The only issue was neither dishwasher worked very well. But the hosts and VRBO were fantastic to work with and accommodating to our special needs.An amazing property with a not-to-be-missed theater!

Nice house for large group

We enjoyed our stay. We had a large group and the house accommodated us very well. We expected more from the pool and hot tub, but the kids made the best of things. Location was great.

Good place for large group

home was very sufficient for our group of 23. Big home and easy 1/2 mile walk to the beach with easy boardwalk access to the sound. Well supplied kitchen.

Large and peaceful

The home had more than enough space for our large group of 22 people. The area was very quiet and peaceful. There are great views for sunrise and sunset. Conveniently located to many activities and shops.

Loved the value for the price. Space for all of our folks. House just needs a little love to keep it in prime rental shape.

Great House

This house is awesome. The owner has thought about everything. We had a party of 20 + and space was not an issue. The kitchen is massive and stocked with everything we needed. We will book this house again, possibly every year when we visit Avon.

X-LG Family Vacation

We loved the space, the house is beautiful. Everything was as described. Aside from a phone call from Vacasa to make sure everything was going ok- No one bothered us. We are an extremely large, loud family so of course I thought we would have some calls or visits about noise, music, number of cars etc but it never happened. Everyone was fantastic. My family enjoyed their time there so much. We will definitely be returning!!

Vacation

The mattresses really did not fare well. The internet was not stable, could not enjoy the TV. Alligators came onto the gazebo after we ate dinner and went inside. Not much to see around us, had to drive over an hour to reach anything to have some fun, and we could not check in early, when I had family coming in from all over. All in all the services was not accomondating.
