Welcome to the Cozy Christmas Cottage!
Step into the magic of Christmas all year long in this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath home designed for comfort and family fun. With 4 beds, this home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably—perfect for families, friends, or a festive getaway with your pets.
Inside, you’ll find a cheerful holiday atmosphere in every room, complete with cozy décor and twinkling touches that make every stay feel special. Enjoy movie nights on one of the 4 Smart TVs, or gather around the dining table for cocoa and conversation after exploring the area.
Both bedrooms & the bathroom are located upstairs! There is no main floor bedroom. The sleeper couch is in the basement.
Out back, relax by the firepit or let your furry friends play safely in the fully fenced yard. Pets are always welcome here—no need to leave them behind!
Located just minutes from the college, local parks, downtown shops, and great restaurants, you’ll have everything you need close by—whether you’re here for a weekend visit, family event, or simply to soak in the cozy Christmas vibes.
