Splendida spiaggia dell'oceano fuga in ricercato località Indian River Plantation, un resort Marriott 4 stelle con accesso diretto al mare e alla spiaggia privata. Doppio balcone con vista aperta sul mare e piscina privata. Vista sul lago dalla camera da letto degli ospiti e ingresso. Questo condominio è completamente rinnovato con piastrelle tono di colore sabbia, granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. La sala aperta al balcone con vista sul mare e piscina privata camera da letto matrimoniale e soggiorno. La cucina e il soggiorno hanno una vista sull'oceano. L'appartamento è molto tranquillo e familiare.

Molti ristoranti del resort, piscine con terme, e le attività sono raggiungibili a piedi e sono accessibili anche dal servizio resort tram. Molte volte, la mia famiglia ed io abbiamo cavalcato il servizio di tram solo per visitare i giardini e godere della brezza del mare aperto costantemente presenti in questa fuga paradiso.

I know the condo was under renovation but the scaffling was in front of our balcony the entire trip. The pool was very nice and it was nice to walk the beach.....just steps away.

Highly recommended. Condo was very clean and provided great ocean views. Host went above and beyond to help us as we were fleeing an impending hurricane. Would love to come back during quieter times.

Beach Getaway

The property was clean. However, when my daughter was sitting on the couch, she was repeatedly bitten by something (bedbugs?), although no one else was bitten. I understand maintenance work is necessary, but would have liked to know before booking the stay. We were told that they would not start before 9:00 a.m., but they started at 8:00 every morning.

Great place to stay with easy access to beach. Plenty of room and clean condo. Chris communicates well in advance and offered suggestions on places to eat.

I've had better.

Not great view of the ocean, too low with plant covered sand hill blocking site of waves. Full view of pool, which I'd rather not have. No washcloths at all!! No garbage bags. No over head lights in bedrooms. No parking spot under building (like other apartments had), had to park outside. Poor quality pots and pans if you want to cook. Need better towels. too, white would be best to bleach. Also, guest bath shower had trouble draining, both of us used master shower.

Lovely patio

Spent a few days in this lovely condo, enjoyed having morning coffee with a view. Beds were very comfortable. close to shopping and restaurants. The property is great for taking walks morning noon and evening. I would stay here again.

Ocean Getaway

If you love the ocean like I do, this location is fantastic! Every morning I enjoyed the sunrise from the balcony! Loved our walks on the beach and over the intercostal waterway. The location is great for local dining and easy to get to downtown Stuart where there are lots of shops and food. The public areas of the condo were cleaned daily. The condo was comfortable and was equipped with pretty much everything you need. The only thing that disappointed me was the fact that the master bedroom sliding glass doors did not open. I don’t really know why they were not functioning but sleeping to the sound of the ocean would of made our stay perfect. -Maryellen Cox

Beautiful area, quiet, easy access to condos and beach, shopping. Chris was easy to email with my questions. We had planned to drive but went ahead an took a plane. Older building, but you wouldn't realize it. Very comfortable. We had a great time.

Great location!

The location of this property can't be beat ... it's right on the beach, has a pool, and is steps away from a great little tiki bar. The condo looks like it has been recently updated with the exception of the bathrooms. That being said, the bathrooms were fine - clean and functional. The deck is very large and has a wonderful view of the ocean (it's not high enough to see the beach, but that's no big deal). It's also great for watching the sunrise or the stars. I would stay here again.

The condo met our needs. Easy beach and pool access. There are a lot of beach accessories to use. The patio is huge and a lovely place to sit and relax. A lot of room inside the condo.

Older, but nice property

My husband and I with our 2 collage student children rented this property for 4th of July weekend. Door code was emailed so no check in necessary. The apartment was older, but had everything we needed and was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful with a gorgeous view ❤ Our only "issue" would be the master sliding doors with access to the patio.. they were off track and not able to close all the way, which led to the bedroom being warmer than the rest of the place.. Maintenance was made aware and someone came out to "fix" it.. he did not fix it, only was able to get the doors to close all the way and we were asked to just not use them. Otherwise, very enjoyable stay. Thank you, Chris, for allowing us the week at the beach! Would definitely come again.

Needs some TLC

This unit needs a few minor updates with the sheets, cookware, and blackout drapes in the Master bedroom. The flooring and the kitchen did appear to be renovated, however the other bedroom and the bathrooms were not recently renovated. Although not mentioned in the list of amenities, there was a DVD player in the unit, however it did not have the appropriate wires to connect it to the TV.

Nice condo with beautiful view and great location

This is a very nice condo with lots of amenities - the kitchen has been updated and there are lots of pots and pans and cooking accessories. Not enough dishes tho - only 4 large plates. The view is lovely, overlooks the ocean and the pool and the balcony is very large with adequate seating. Beds are very comfortable and the twins can be combined to make a queen if you request this before check in. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The location is convenient to shops, restaurants and groceery stores only a short drive away. We would definitely stay again!

Originally from the northeast, we have migrated southwest for work opportunities in Texas. Now that our children are grown, we hope to enjoy more time together, walking the beaches and seeing the sights of our great country. We would love for you to share this beautiful paradise oceanfront experience with us.

Our private condominium in the Indian River Plantation is the perfect blend of resort style enjoyment with the chance to remain in our private and quiet sanctuary. Come and enjoy the private beach or walk down to the resort beach area to enjoy some people watching, shelling, water surfing, boating, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, etc, etc, etc. It has it all right out the front door.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Ahh the feeling of peaceful vacation abounds once you travel over the causeway bridge and smell the ocean air. Feel the stress drip away as you enter the resort and drive to the private Spoonbill community. One of the best feelings is waking up to the ocean waves crackling the shore and realizing the only decision to make is which activity to enjoy this new day.
