Magnolia Retreat Condo is newly renovated and located on the 2nd level of the Colonial Crest Condominium Complex. Located just two blocks off of Parkway in a cul-de-sac, you’ll have easy access to all of the action the area has to offer while still being tucked away from the noise and hustle/bust.
*You must climb one flight of stairs to access this condo*.
This unit has been updated with new floors, fresh paint, and all new furnishings.
