Welcome to The Oasis on 3rd, your private retreat in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. This newly renovated home offers the perfect balance of modern comfort and tropical relaxation. IMPORTANT: In order to ensure a worry-free stay we require a $500 refundable deposit. It will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay. Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation. .

To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality


Please note that our pool is serviced every Saturday. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool. All the TVs must be mirrored or smart apps used. The property does not have cable or satellite.

Other things to note

**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

**Max occupancy at all times is 6. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.

** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring front door, common spaces outside and driveway. All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the outdoor area and no recording takes place.
