The Space:
Welcome to Mountainback #11 — your ideal year-round retreat in the heart of Mammoth Lakes. This spacious, two-story corner condo is the perfect blend of mountain charm and modern comfort. With 1,600 sq ft of living space, it comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Enjoy soaring vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, large picture windows for plenty of natural light, and all the comforts of home.
The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring stone countertops, bar seating for four, and a large dining table for eight — perfect for group meals after a day on the slopes or trails. Unwind in the cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, smart TV, and a brand-new full-size sleeper sofa.
In warmer months, step out to the private deck for fresh alpine air and grill something tasty on the small BBQ. During winter, you'll appreciate the warmth from the wood stove, wall heaters, and baseboard heaters throughout the unit. Ski and snowboard storage is abundant, with racks and closets conveniently located inside.
Guests can also take advantage of on-site amenities including multiple outdoor hot tubs and a seasonal pool (closed in winter). With keypad entry and no need to check in, you can go straight to relaxing as soon as you arrive.

- Bedroom 1 (1st Floor – Primary): King bed, smart TV, DVD player, ensuite bath with vanity + shower/tub combo

- The Village at Mammoth – 10-minute walk or quick shuttle ride

- Gondola to Main Lodge – 10 minutes via shuttle
