A full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and laptop-friendly workplace make this home the perfect destination for comfort and convenience. Just a couple miles from downtown Tulsa, this home is the ideal spot for those who want to balance work and play. Hit the town and check out the Tulsa Art District, the Woodie Guthrie Center, OSU Tulsa, and more!
The space
Perfect location for events at the EXPO Center, Tulsa Arts District, Brady Theatre, Cains Ballroom, the BOK center, Cox Event Center, OneOK Field, and experience the walkability of nearby downtown Tulsa an affordable uber/lyft ride.
Guest access
Whole house access.
Kids are NOT allowed in the laundry room area in the basement.
Home is serviced monthly by professional pest control company.
Basement occasionally gets roly-poly’s, and water bugs. Don’t worry though they die fast and are harmless. This is very common for basements built 104+ years ago.
Other things to note
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or VAPING IN OR ON THE PREMISES OF THE HOUSE
NO SUBLEASING MY PROPERTY TO OTHERS
ALL GUEST STAYING IN THE HOME MUST BE IDENTIFIED ON THE PLATFORM.
NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS OTHER THAN WHAT IS BOOKED, IF ADDITIONAL GUESTS ARE NEEDED PLEASE CONTACT HOST OR CO-HOST

NO PETS
DO NOT TAKE ANY FURNITURE OUTSIDE FOR ANY REASON
***Thermostat in hall by bathroom is for heater only!
***Mini Split AC system in living room is brand new and the remote is in the living-room on the table please keep remote on the table in the bowl it is to not leave that area.
***Window AC units in bedrooms control for the temp and fan setting are on the unit itself.
* Please pick up after yourself, take your trash and place it in trash can that is located in the back yard before you leave.
* Please place all dishes in the sink
* Lastly make sure all doors are locked once you leave.

*Additional Fee of $250 will apply if the odor of smoke is found upon cleaning.
*LOCK DOOR WITH KEYPAD EVERY TIME YOU LEAVE. DO NOT LEAVE DOORS UNLOCKED WHEN YOU ARE AWAY FROM THE HOUSE!! You MUST shut door and press the lock button and listen for it to lock.
*** FOR ALL STAYS LONGER THAN A WEEK. Please place the trash can bin out for trash day the evening of every Thursday. Please bring trash bin back to behind fence line. Thank you

Perché ha scelto questa struttura
My home is on the corner of 3rd and Delaware in Tulsa Oklahoma and is literally across the street from Tulsa University. This makes it convenient for family who are in town to visit the loved ones who attend the college. Next to the stadium for football games. Close to the Expo center for all the Expo events. A couple short miles from downtown Tulsa and everything it has to offer.
