This condo is a hidden gem right in downtown Albuquerque — perfectly located near hospitals, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, yet tucked away in a quiet and secure building. You’ll enjoy the beautiful mountain views, modern design, and cozy atmosphere.
I hope to attract respectable clientele that respect themselves and the space they are in. The condo is too small for pets and it is a non-smoking property. We allow smoking of cannabis on the balconies, but no cigarettes please. We will impose a fine of $200 for any evidence of smoking inside the condo or any evidence of smoking cigarettes on the balcony. Thank you for respecting our space.
