The best of both worlds - a short 3 block walk to the riverwalk, coffee, restaurants, bars, and wedding venues - but with a quiet neighborhood vibe. <15 min to the best beaches NC has to offer. 4b/3ba across both means more space for your whole group.
THE SPACE:
This property features two full private units in a side-by-side duplex format, each with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. This offers a rare combination of space, amenities, and flexibility for your larger group when visiting Wilmington. Everything is doubled - two living spaces, two full fully equipped kitchens and dining areas, two driveways, two private fenced backyards, etc. The classic, beautiful wraparound front porch allows groups to easily flow between the two units and enjoy time on the porch together. Note: The divider on the front porch can be opened to allow guests to flow between the two units. You will not find many properties or rentals downtown with amenities like this.
Both units have identical floor-plans and similar designs (with minor differences). On the main floor of both units, walk in to a refurbished, fresh, and clean space designed for comfort and relaxation. A 15-20 minute drive gets you to the best beaches NC has to offer, including Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. There is no shortage of fun activities!
