Ideal for family holidays, ski trips, or tranquil retreats year-round. The house is generously sized with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, dual living rooms, dining area, office space, and a giant recreational basement. The master bedroom includes a giant king bed with adjoining bathroom and gorgeous mountain views. On the first floor you will find a spacious bedroom with queen bed and dresser. A second upstairs bedroom has a full sized bunk bed and solo twin. The "Harry Potter" room has a solo twin bed for those that want their own little hideaway.

Once you step inside you will find features like stained glass panels and a clawfoot bathtub that make this place one of a kind. The owners have added thoughtful touches and modern amenities to make this a true hidden gem. The kitchen is fully equipped with both Nespresso and drip coffee machines. Everything you need to cook full meals is waiting for you. Appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, and a propane range. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. All towels and linens provided.

A fire pit in the yard invites you to sit out and watch the stars all night long. BBQ grill is also available for guests to use during the summer months.

Our proximity to Littleton and St Johnsbury makes it feel like you are still close to civilization while being "out in the woods". Shaw's grocery store, Walmart, TJ Maxx, and Starbucks are all just a 20 minute ride from the house. Littleton and nearby Bethlehem have many dining options for nights when you don't feel like cooking. For the morning coffee check out Wildflour Cafe in Lisbon, a true North Country hidden gem.

Some of the main attractions nearby include Kingdom Trails (45 mins), Dog Mountain (25 mins), Franconia Notch hiking trails (35 mins), Omni Mt Washington Resort/Crawford Notch hiking trails (45 mins), and Santa's Village (45 mins). For skiing we are close to Cannon (35 mins), Bretton Woods (45 mins), Burke Mountain (1 hour), and Jay Peak (1hr 20 mins).

In the summer time find tons of local events in the area including Littleton First Fridays and St Johnsbury Final Fridays. Concerts, Films, and Comedy events happen all summer long at the Colonial in Bethlehem. The Weathervane in Whitefield puts on beautiful productions throughout the summer and fall. Golf courses in the area include The Maplewood CC, Mountain Washington Resort Golf Club, and The Waumbek Golf Course.

Furry friends are also welcome as long as they adequately protect the house from moose and bears.

Guests have access to the entire house except some space in the garage left for storage of the owners personal belongings. One external ring camera is present for security purposes.
