Completamente ristrutturato adorabile spiaggia bungalow! 1 camera da letto 1 stanza da bagno con letto matrimoniale. Inoltre, un soppalco emozionante per i bambini e un pouf e futon che piega fuori in due letti singoli per ancora più spazio per dormire. Il luogo perfetto per voi e per i bambini o una vacanza romantica per voi e la vostra! SOLO 1 isolato dalla spiaggia!
Bella cucina con ripiani in granito e tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, tra cui macchina per il caffè, lavastoviglie, smaltimento dei rifiuti, stufa / gamma, microonde, frigorifero e con costruito nel filtro ad acqua. Tutti gli utensili da cucina potreste avere bisogno!
Illuminazione ad incasso in tutto, 2 a schermo piatto HDTV, e arredate con gusto in stile costiera.
1 box auto con lavatrici e abbondanza di spazio per memorizzare le biciclette, tavole da surf, ecc ... di più 1 posto auto nel vialetto e un sacco di parcheggio sulla strada.
Privato, pittoresco, prato erboso sul davanti con appena aggiunto veranda. Gustare un caffè o un cocktail pomeridiano sulle sedie Adirondack o sul patio lato per prendere il sole, barbecue e mangiare all'aperto.

Everything was as advertised. The railroad tracks are close by and trains can be heard but the only time it's loud is when a freight train goes by. The Amtrack trains aren't very loud. Nice to have the small garage.

We enjoyed staying at this property, It was within walking distance to various spots in Oceanside. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. The only thing we would suggest is updating the pictures that are on VRBO. The furniture in this unit is not was is posted.

This was our second stay. We enjoyed it just as much this time around. Good, quiet location, close to the beach and restaurants and very comfortable for the 2 of us. The description matches the unit perfectly. We can only recommend staying here.

Loved it! Wanted to rent it again over the holidays but it was already unavailable! This place moves quick. It’s only about a block from the beach and has both a garage and driveway for parking.

This is our 2nd time staying at Myers Beach house. It's a great cottage in a neighborhood setting. It's a short walk to the beach, a coffee spot as well as local shops and restaurants. Laney is a wonderful host. The unit has many amenities.

What a lovely home in a perfect location. Quaint front yard and cozy indoor spaces. Close, easy, and beautiful walk to the pier along the water. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Thank you for the home away from home.

Myers Beach House is awesome.

Everything was perfect. I have 2 very well behaved golden doodles and they loved it as much as I did.It’s plenty big for me and my 2 50lb doodles. The weather was awesome. We walked to a very nearby beach area & loved the spray of the ocean. The entire neighborhood was so quiet too!It met all of my expectations. Just a really great place to vacay!

The place was very clean and perfect for a vaca getaway! Bed was personally not what were used to but worked great. We are used to being on a king not a queen. Location is 2 blocks off the beach and just a walking distance from restaurants. The place is very well insulated so you dont even hear the commuter train come by or the construction on the next door building being done.

Cute, comfortable and clean

There’s lots to love about this sweet cottage. We had a great stay. It is especially good for adults for walking to the beach and nearby restaurants. So many great food options! It was a little harder for our family with a child that wasn’t super psyched to walk a 1/2 to the beach and restaurants. Yes, the property is a block from the ocean, but it is not a block from a beach where you would put down a chair and walk in the sand. Thad’s more like 1/2 mile. Otherwise a great stay!

Casual Comfort in Oceanside

My husband & I had a wonderful experience staying at the Myers Beach House. We thoroughly enjoyed the walkability. You’re a block or two in any direction to the beach, shopping, morning coffee spots, breakfast joints and SO MANY great spots for dinner! Check-in/out was a breeze.

A Beach Fix during Denver Winter

We had a wonderful time, mostly enjoying walks along the ocean with our Westie, Zoey. The cottage was perfect for us and we thoroughly enjoyed being there.

Perfect for the two of us

The house was perfect for the two of us with plenty of space and all that we needed. The neighbourhood was safe and friendly, convenient for walking into town or to the railway station, or to the beach even! We would definitely hope to revisit if ever we wanted to stay in this part of California. Thanks so much.

We are local residents of Oceanside. I grew up here and my husband in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We are huge fans of the beach...as are our 2 children. We love to surf, paddle board and spend time enjoying all the outdoor activities that San Diego has to offer. You cannot beat the weather here!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We purchased the 4-unit property as an investment. It was near our home making it easier to manage the tenants who live there permanently. But, after spending time there, we realized that the neighborhood would make a great destination for tourists. We travel A LOT ourselves and have had plenty of experience renting vacation homes. So, we decided to turn the original home in the front into a prime spot for vacationers as well as have a little getaway for our family too!

Location, location, location! While the place is adorable, completely renovated and a lot of heart and soul put into it...it is also perfectly located in the heart of the Oceanside Beach neighborhood.
