Welcome to Santa Maria, your comfortable and private detached home in Geelong. We are perfectly positioned for corporate/business travellers, sports teams/fans, and those using the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry (just a 10-minute drive to the Quay terminal so you can sleep better & longer before or after your arrival. You Can't Lose).
Escape the hotel monotony and enjoy the space, privacy, and amenities needed for a stress-free extended stay.

• 10 mins to Spirit of Tasmania Terminal at the Quay (Perfect pre/post-ferry stop).
• Business Ready: High-speed Wi-Fi and dedicated spaces for remote work/video calls.
• Extended Stays: Full laundry facilities (washer, line, iron), ample storage, and full kitchen setup.
• Pet-Friendly: Fully enclosed backyard and a nearby leash-free park for your supervised companion (see rules).
• Sports & Groups: Two separate bedrooms and communal areas ideal for team stays, debriefing, and meal prep.
Home Amenities:
• 2 Comfortable Bedrooms and a modern bathroom.
• Inviting Living Area with a Smart TV for relaxing evenings.

Self check-in is via a secure key safe located on the house wall (the far side from the driveway). The code and key safe number will be provided to you one day before arrival.
Other things to note
• No Smoking inside the property. Ashtray buckets are provided for outdoor use only.
• Pet Policy: Vaccinated and regularly deflea'd pets are welcome. Must be supervised and outdoor visits encouraged (fully enclosed yard available). Please see full house rules upon booking.
• Extra Bed: A complimentary mobile cot or fold-up single bed (free until 31 December 2025 : SAVE $45.00) is available upon request.
• No unregistered guests, parties, or events.
