Welcome to our cozy and modern duplex apartment located in the heart of Ansan.
This spacious home offers a comfortable stay for up to three adults or a family with one child, with full private access to the entire space.
Apartment Overview
This duplex unit includes a living and dining area, one bathroom, and a loft-style upper room.
It features one queen bed on the main floor and extra mattress beds upstairs for additional guests.
You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself — no shared areas, no host, and no other guests.

The living space provides a comfortable area to relax, enjoy meals, or watch TV after a day of exploring.
The upper room also includes a table and chairs, making it a great workspace or reading spot.
Kitchen & Bathroom
The kitchen is located near the entrance and is equipped with:
Basic cooking utensils and tableware
Stove, refrigerator, electric kettle
Simple seasonings for light cooking
The bathroom, located behind the kitchen, includes:
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer
Towels, toothbrushes, and other amenities (no refill during stay)
A washing machine with detergent is available in the apartment.
For your convenience, a coin laundry with dryer is also nearby.

The apartment is just a 5–15 minute walk from Gozan Station or Jungang Station (Metro Line 4), and about 60 minutes by train from Incheon/Gimpo Airport or Seoul Station.
You can easily reach major shopping areas, cafés, and restaurants within a 5–10 minute walk, and convenience stores are just one minute away.

There is no free parking available.
However, paid parking options are available:
Building parking: 1,000 KRW per 30 minutes (credit card only, 24 hours)
Public parking behind the building: 400 KRW per 30 minutes or 4,500 KRW for all-day parking
(Free on Sundays and during nighttime hours)
