Step inside this lovingly restored 1915 Texas home, full of cowboy and cowgirl charm, right in the heart of Canyon, TX. Here, history meets hospitality — and every detail tells a story.
You’ll be just a short walk to the Canyon Square, where you can enjoy delicious Italian and Mexican restaurants, a cozy coffee shop, a sweet little bakery, and so many local boutiques and shops to explore. West Texas A&M is less than a mile away, and the breathtaking Palo Duro Canyon is only a short drive from your doorstep.
The Riata House offers a large, welcoming living room, an open kitchen and dining area perfect for sharing meals and stories, and a quiet office nook for when you need a little focus time. With two inviting bedrooms and two beautifully renovated full bathrooms, it’s the perfect space to relax and recharge.
Out back, the deck is ready for slow mornings or golden-hour evenings — the backyard is being thoughtfully updated to create an even more peaceful place to unwind.
