The space

The property features a spacious living and dining area, two large bedrooms each with a queen bed, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. There’s also a dedicated study room with a ceiling fan for a comfortable work setup. The apartment includes one common bathroom and one attached bathroom, both equipped with geysers for hot water. The kitchen has an induction stove, electric kettle, RO water purifier, refrigerator, and basic cooking vessels (no stocked pantry). A washing machine is also available for guest use.

Please note: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no lift access, and parking is available on the street outside the property (not within the premises).

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment, the terrace, and the common stairway. Please be respectful of shared spaces like the staircase, terrace, and parking area.

For the safety and privacy of other residents, access to other apartments is not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property.

Other things to note

Additional towels, shampoo, and soap are available upon request. Cleaning and bath essentials are stocked before your check-in. The apartment is cleaned before arrival and after checkout during designated hours. If you’d like cleaning during your stay, please let us know in advance.
