✦ Dogs are allowed under 50 pounds and a max of 2. $20/night/pet fee will be charged after reservation is made.
• Mid-Stay Cleaning:
o For stays over 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be charged every 30 days of $225.
✶ 70` TV in living room and 60` TV in the Master bedroom with Youtube TV access provided
✶ Fully stocked kitchen with all cookware, utensils and appliances you need.
✶ Quiet 3 season porch
✶ Eat in area off kitchen and separate dining room that seats 8
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
We give our guests space but we are available when needed.
No interaction needed for check in but our dedicated team is available 24/7 to answer any questions or handle any issues.
This is a gated community with a monitored entrance as well as a doorbell camera and driveway camera on the property itself.
Garage parking is available for 2 cars and there are 2 spots for cars in the driveway. Please note street parking is not allowed in this community.
• Checkout: 11:00 AM
• Check-in is anytime after 4 PM
• ✶Dogs are allowed up to 50 lbs and a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. Dogs must be listed on your reservation with a description and a pet fee of $20/dog per night will be added after the booking is confirmed. NO CATS OR OTHER PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT.
• Do not eat food in the beds
• Do not disrespect Neighbors
• Please follow check-in and out instructions
• Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
• Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
• Security system including the smoke detectors, doorbell camera and carbon monoxide monitors are installed for your protection. Disabling or tampering with this system is a violation of the house rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.
• Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property, INCLUDING THE PORCH.
• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
• Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
• No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
FEES:
* Stained linens (towels and sheets) that can’t be cleaned will result in a $40 charge per item
* Noise complaints will result in a warning and a second complaint will result in a $100 fine and cancellation of the reservation.
• Lost TV, Fan, or AC remote control will result in a $100 Charge
• Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge
• Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75.
• $20 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
