Escape to paradise in this modern Sarasota retreat! Enjoy your own private pool, sunny patio, and luxury interiors just minutes from Siesta Key Beach. Perfect for couples or families. Fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs, a two car garage & driveway + beach equipment & chairs for guest enjoyment. Lounge under palm trees, explore downtown Sarasota’s dining scene, or unwind in comfort after a beach day.
The space
This is a brand new house with all new furnishings & fixtures.
Bathrooms come complete with:
* face wash
* shampoo
* conditioner
* body wash
Property can accommodate maximum of 4 cars.
(2 in the garage & 2 in the driveway)
NO street parking is available. No parking anywhere else please.
Master King Bed: has a twin pull out sofa.
Queen Bedroom 1: has twin trundle.
Queen Bedroom 2: has a queen trundle.
Pool: toys, floaties, noodles.
Games: board games, card games.
We only allow dogs and they must be pre-approved.
Must be under 50 lbs, well trained, no excessive barking, not left alone outside. We require that you walk your dog to do their 'business', as we don't want the smell in the yard for future guests.
