Great property for a family to stay! We had plenty of room and very short trip to ski!

Clean, spacious, and plenty of room for all! Had an amazing time and the view from this unit was absolutely amazed!

Spacious and clean!

We had a great stay at this townhouse. It was very clean, well appointed, new, and very spacious. The check in and check out couldn't have been easier. We'd definitely stay here again.

New, nice and clean

Me and my 4 girlfriends stayed at this property. We thought is was decorated so cute. We loved the amount of space we had and how clean it was.

Beautiful Home in Perfect Location

This home was lovely. We were in town for a wedding and it was perfect for our family and walking distance to my sister's home. It was a great base for exploring the area, quiet and great for walking just out the door. The home is decorated with love and all the rooms were clean and comfy. The kitchen has high end appliances and great dishes. It was ideal for our group of 7. I'd stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the house! better than we expected and much bigger. basically we each had our own floor! felt brand new. High end appliances, etc.

Great location to ski resorts

The house was huge! We had 4 adults and 4 kids and still had an extra bedroom that never got used. The bonus room in the basement was awesome for the kids to hang out. Loved all the extra space and furnishings. Everything is brand new and very nice! Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything. You need a car to go places but it was nice being 10min away from everything.

Park City Ski Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience with this property and property management company. Whole process was very smooth. Property has up scale appliances and amenities. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for off mountain in Park City but do not want to be to far from ski resorts. Easy 15 minute drive to Park City Mountain. The property was very clean and organized. Great for Large family.

will not rent again

2 year old house with new appliances - pretty much as pictured in vrbo. Owners use a national management company. You better bring your own supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, trash bags for the kitchen, soap for the dish washer and for the washing machine. We were given two kitchen trash bags- when we asked for more, they told us to go buy them; we got one roll of single ply paper towels, two rolls of the cheapest single ply toiled paper per bathroom, a bar of soap the size of a silver dollar, etc. it was very disappointing. Also there is absolutely no early check in or late check out, even if the house has been cleaned and is ready. You have to call an 800 number for service and wait. I waited 20 minutes one time and finally hung up. It's easier to use the vrbo chat feature to reach anyone. I have never rented from VRBO with a local agent where we had this problem.

We stock each home with what is called a "starter supply" of basic items. It is not designed to be an unlimited supply but, rather, to get folks started so that they can enjoy their arrival days, take inventory, and pick up whatever else is needed to get them through their trip as needed. Prior to each stay, we stock dish soap, laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, a dish brush to wash dishes, a few trash bags, dishwasher detergent, bar soap, and the standard bathroom amenities you might find in a hotel. Your feedback is great for travelers to prepare for the trip ahead of time. We wish we could have extended a later check out for you, unfortunately, we were unable to do so this time. If there's anything else we can do for you, please reach out any time and let us know.
