The Space:

Just 11 minutes from both the shoreline and downtown, this home blends convenience with luxury in a quiet residential setting.



Inside, the home is designed for privacy and connection, featuring a unique layout with four bedrooms: three with king-size beds and one with a bunk bed that has a queen mattress below and a double above, all of them with their own full en suite bathrooms—ideal for multiple couples, large families, or groups of friends traveling together. Gather in the living room for sports and cinema on a 70-inch 4K UHD TV, or enjoy friendly competition at the billiards table that converts to ping pong. Attentive local hosting, professional cleaning, and thoughtful amenities ensure a seamless stay so you can fully enjoy the Seabreeze Court lifestyle.



The outdoor oasis is designed for effortless relaxation and refined entertaining. The pool is heated daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The hot tub is pre-set and turns on nightly from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Pool lighting is scheduled from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Nestled in vibrant Delray Beach, Seabreeze Court offers easy access to pristine beaches, lively Atlantic Avenue, and a variety of shops, galleries, and restaurants. Guests can enjoy the perfect mix of coastal charm and cultural flair, with golf courses, water sports, and family-friendly parks all nearby.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $150 fee per pet.



Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Pool

It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.



Security deposit



Stays up to 89 nights: $1,000 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent
