Il nostro 1818 piedi quadrati 4 Camera -. 3 Bagno è un ampio concetto di cucina / sala da pranzo / grande area camera aperta completa di mobili nuovi, biancheria da letto, stoviglie e nuova lavatrice / asciugatrice.

La camera matrimoniale (completa di TV 32 pollici) è enorme con letto matrimoniale e bagno privato, e le altre 3 camere da letto sono dotate di letti queen size. Due camere condividono un bagno Jack e Jill e e la quarta camera da letto ha il proprio bagno.

La cucina è il sogno di uno chef con un costruito in lavastoviglie, microonde, forno e 5 a gas bruciatore. Il frigorifero è un fianco a fianco con ghiaccio e distributore di acqua. Tutti gli apparecchi sono in acciaio inox. Gli armadi in legno massello sono arricchite da granito, e vi è una zona bar asciutta che è perfetto per intrattenere.

Nella zona giorno troverete numerosi lettini molto confortevoli, che sono l'ideale per la visualizzazione sullo schermo del televisore 55 pollici che ha lo sport senza limiti e canali cinema.

All'esterno troverete un patio coperto appena riemerso con un nuovissimo barbecue. Si può anche fare una nuotata nella piscina olimpionica privata o godere di un fresco uno nella vasca idromassaggio, si affaccia lo spazio verde appartato.

Pool was fantastic!

We loved the pool and hot tub, easy to use. Grocery store and restaurants were close and easy to get to. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

Great house, great location, great hosts

My family had an amazing time at this house. We loved the pool and hot tub. We were in it every day. The house has a great kitchen, lots of bed rooms and a sweet queen bunk room. They house location is near a lot of stores and restaurants, and has easy access to the freeway. The hosts are also great. They were always quick to respond and very helpful.

Very Nice

My friends and I had a very enjoyable time at this home. There are plenty of places to sleep, the layout is nice, it was clean and well equipped. The kitchen is nice, well stocked, and has quality, modern appliances. The location is nice and convenient to west side spring training ballparks. Goodyear Ballpark is actually within walking distance if you really like to walk.

Sweet spot!

First of all, what made it special was how nice and accommodating the owners were. They really wanted us to enjoy their place and we did. The place was exactly as pictured. We were in town for baseball and it was so convenient for the fields in Peoria and Surprise. We loved the experience in every way. Having a nice home to come back to or take breaks between games, being able to cook, have frozen Gatorade for the boys etc was so easy. The owners put a lot of good thought into cooking utensils etc and we had everything we needed. We easily could have fit a couple more teenage boys. The lap pool was really pleasant. Couldn’t have been happier 😊

great stay at the property!

Part of our baseball team (6 guys and a wife) stayed at this property for 1 week. We loved the location as it is very close to the freeway (I-10), shopping, food and banks; more importantly, the house is in a quiet neighborhood. All of us loved the great room, the kitchen-dining area-living room are all in one large room making it easy to cook, eat and watch tv with everybody. The TV in the living room is probably 60 inches and provides a perfect picture. The beds are comfortable and reasonably sized. We found the house to be very comfortable especially with 7 people staying at the property. Brenda, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. She was quick to respond to my calls and was available for questions while we stayed at the property. This property is a great value. Our team was quite happy with our stay and would stay at this property again.

Very nice home and very convenient to the south west suburbs of Phoenix. Everything worked well and was clean. The hot tub was my favorite. The host did a great job and was very responsive before, during and after our stay. highly recommend this place.

This was an amazing location for us right between our daughters homes n large enough to host the grandkids n family. The home is lovely n well taken care of with incredible amenities. We will definitely try and stay here again.

Family vacation

Great Location and Layout

House was within 2mi of grocers, restaurants, and highways manking it easy to have everything we needed. House was a perfect layout for 'hosting'. Pool and view were perfect for the price. Owners were active and responsive.

Bill and I are Albertans that love to get away from our winters and take in the warm weather in Goodyear. Unfortunately, work still gets in the way, and we are unable to be at our new home as much as we would like, but would love to offer it to you to enjoy. We take great pride in the house we have just purchased and hope you will care for it as much as we do.

We chose Goodyear as we love the size of the City and find it very easy to get around in. Bill drives a lot with his work and when we are on holidays it is so nice to get to all the sporting venues in such a short period of time. We just feel Goodyear has it all!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We had looked at properties for 3 years and the moment we walked into our house we knew it was the one! As we have three sons with their spouses, we were adament that we needed 4 bedrooms and it having three complete bathrooms, was a huge bonus. The backyard oasis was another huge selling feature. Because of the wrought iron fencing with a view you will not feel closed in, yet still feel very private.
