Please note: lost parking permits have a $100 replacement cost (per HOA rules).
Noise Ordinance:
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
No loud music or excessive noise; occupancy and noise are closely monitored.
General Restrictions:
No parties or gatherings at any time
No smoking inside the property
Minimum age to book: 25
Wildlife Awareness:
Lake Tahoe is home to bears. Please keep all food securely stored and follow local safety guidelines.
Essentials Provided:
Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, TP, paper towels, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, new sponge every turnover, laundry detergent, and more.
