This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM daily. Please be mindful and keep all outdoor noise contained within the property boundaries.

Weddings, parties, or large gatherings are not permitted.

For your peace of mind, the home is equipped with an exterior Ring camera at the front door. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas.

This is a monthly rental. Reservations must be 31 days or longer.

For the Birds is a multi-level home with several steps and stairways throughout. As such, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges or those who have difficulty navigating stairs.
