The Space:
This beautiful one-level canal-front home offers the perfect blend of comfort and privacy with a split-bedroom floor plan—ideal for families and friends vacationing together. The master suite features a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and direct pool access. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third offers two twin beds; both share a full bathroom. Enjoy the cozy wood-burning fireplace, large Smart TVs in every room, and a fully stocked kitchen with every gadget for great meals and cocktails. Step outside to a screened pool enclosure with a saltwater pool overlooking stunning sunrise and sunset views. The private dock invites you to fish, relax, or dock your boat and jet ski. A true Florida waterfront retreat!

Palm Harbor neighborhood is a quiet family friendly neighborhood located in the heart of sail boat country in Palm Coast, FL. Only minutes (by car) to the beach and very short distance to European Village with all the shops and restaurants, grocery shopping, dining and miles of walking and biking trails.
Getting Around:
We recommend to have your own car. Very easy to bike around to the European Village and miles of walking and biking trails. Shopping is within 2-3 miles drive.
Other Things to Note:
You will be asked to sign a rental agreement when you reserve the property. On the same link, you can request early check-in or late check-out starting at $59. You will also be able to add your pet to your stay at $100 per pet per stay..
Trash Days are Monday and Thursday.
Recycling is on Monday.
Pool Care is on Tuesday
Lawn care is on Monday
Please clean the grill after each use.
