The large, updated kitchen makes cooking easy, with modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the essentials. It flows into a spacious dining area, ideal for family meals or casual gatherings.

The game room is set up for fun with a pool table, foosball, and darts—perfect for friendly competition. The living room, with comfortable seating and a smart TV, is great for movie nights or simply relaxing.
🛏 Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The four bedrooms feature comfortable bedding for a good night’s rest. Bathrooms are freshly updated, with tiled showers and modern finishes for a clean, refreshing feel.
🌿 Outdoor & Fitness
Enjoy the covered porch with rocking chairs for morning coffee, or gather around the fire pit under the stars. A small fitness area is also available for guests who want to stay active during their stay. Two shared kayaks available for use.

The home is located on a main road, so there may be some traffic noise.
Next door is a boat storage business with operating hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
The storage lot is accessible to renters 24/7 for boat pickup and drop-off, but this will not interfere with your stay.
Storage customers have strict instructions not to enter the property or interact with guests under any circumstances.

The shared waterfront access on the property is for kayaks and paddle boards only. There is a public boat ramp across the street!
