We had a wonderful stay! We loved being close to the water and yet still having privacy and peace! My nieces loved the hidden room and all the games available. The trail down to the water is a bit rough so bring your best hiking shoes! We will definitely be back in the future!

Beautiful property with an amazing view of the lake. Lots of room for everyone to enjoy time together but also not feel crowded. Bathrooms are amazing and my kids loved that they had Bluetooth. So they could listen to their music. The hike to and from the dock was a rough one, lol.

INCREDIBLE property! We had our annual Girls/Mom trip here and it did not disappoint! The views and the property are beautiful and completely private. We enjoyed spending the majority of our time on the back porch and down at the dock on the water soaking up the amazing views and sunshine. We even enjoyed the little hike down to the water. The house had everything to entertain all ages and was very accommodating and cozy. All of us agreed we would love to come back and bring the families and of course book again for our girls trip! 10/10 recommend this little jewel of a place right on the water with perfect views!

This property is perfect for a family or group gathering and pet friendly. The house is spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all with modern fixtures and amenities. The kitchen is fabulous as well and the view over the lake is spectacular!! Stephanie was always prompt with communication and I highly recommend booking this place. The only let down really was that on order to get to the water you have to take a pretty steep and intense hike down and back up, so it wasn’t accessible for everyone in our group. My sister in law saw that noted on previous reviews and I had missed that part, but wasn’t a deal breaker or much of an impact for our stay. Just something to take note of. The location is 35 minutes away from Palo pinto and Mineral wells state park which was nice and the dark sky viewing of the starts is breathtaking!!! We had a great time and shared wonderful meals together as a family and being able to have our dogs with us was so special. Thank you for the memories!!

We chose this area because our daughter is a freshman at Tarleton State University and the home was only about a 40 minute drive from campus. It ended up being the perfect place for our family getaway!The home is beautiful, incredibly comfortable and has the most amazing views! It truly felt like a home away from home. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to make cooking a breeze, including pots, pans, and spices! Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer was such a convenient bonus.We loved spending our evenings around the fire pit making s’mores and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The hike down to the lake may look a little intimidating at first, but don’t let it scare you! It’s not nearly as bad as it looks, and even our 6 year old had no trouble making the trip. Plus, the lake is absolutely worth it! We had the best time swimming and enjoying the kayaks.This home had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable family getaway! We made so many wonderful memories and will absolutely be returning every chance we get! Thank you so much for having us, Stephanie
